そう、このカエル君たちです…
答えを言っちゃうと、実は「きゅうり」なんです～
週末、親戚たちで旅行にいってきたのですが、そこの
料理に出てきたきゅうりのカエル君たちです(^^)
うまく作るもんですね～！！
持って帰りたいくらいだったのすが、そこは食べ物…
この時期はすぐにダメになってしまうので、その場で
いただいちゃいました。 なんか不思議な気分(^^)
そうそう、きゅうりといえば、うわさの「モッツァレラチーズ」を
Vin妻さん のお店でゲット～！
さっそく、カプレーゼを作ってみました。
普通、カプレーゼといえばトマトと相場がきまっているのですが、
ウチの嫁さんが大のきゅうり好きなので、ちょっとだけきゅうりバージョンも
作ってみよう～o(*^▽^*)oｴﾍﾍ!
ってことで、チーズにきゅうり！！
このチーズ、うわさ通りの美味しさです！ トマトとの相性もバッチリ！
でもやっぱり…
きゅうりよりトマトの方があいますね(^^;
